: QHow will I receive the files for the logo & other design products that i purchased?

Once your transaction is complete, you will be sent to the order success page. You can login to your account and click on the "MY DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS" in the left menu. This is where all your purchases are shown. You can click on the Product Title to download the source files. Once your order is verified by our sales team, our Design support staff will contact you immediately via mail. You can chat with the designer and get all the changes done. Once all the changes are done, you will receive the final files via Mail.
